Maintenance principles during valve operation are as follows:

①Keep the outside and moving parts of the valve clean to protect the integrity of the valve paint. The surface of the valve, the trapezoidal thread on the valve stem and valve stem nut, the valve stem nut and the sliding part of the support, as well as the gear, worm gear and other parts are easy to deposit a lot of dust, oil and media residue and other dirt, wear and corrosion on the valve. Therefore, always keep the valve clean. The general dust on the valve is suitable for brush and compressed air blowing, or even copper wire brush washing, until the processing surface and matching surface show metallic luster, paint surface show paint color so far. The steam trap should be responsible for at least once per shift; Regularly open the wash valve and steam trap bottom wire plug wash, or remove regularly wash, so as to avoid dirt clogging the valve.

②To keep the valve lubricated, valve trapezoidal thread, valve stem nut and support sliding parts, bearing positions, gear and worm gear shaft meshing parts and other matching moving parts need good lubrication conditions, reduce mutual friction, avoid mutual wear. For no oil cup or nozzle, easy to damage or lost in the operation of the parts, should repair the matching lubrication system, to certify the dredging of the oil circuit.

The lubricating part should be oiled regularly according to the specific situation. Often opened, high temperature valve suitable for interval one week to one month refueling; Do not often open, the temperature is not high valve refueling cycle can be longer. Lubricants include motor oil, butter, molybdenum disulfide and graphite. Oil is not suitable for high temperature valves; Butter is not a good fit either, as it melts and runs off in the heat. High temperature valve suitable for adding molybdenum disulfide and wiping graphite powder. Exposed to the outside lubrication parts, such as trapezoidal thread, teeth and other parts if butter and other grease, easy to be contaminated with dust, and the use of molybdenum disulfide and graphite powder lubrication is not easy to be contaminated with dust and lubrication effect is better than butter, graphite powder is not easy to be directly coated, a little oil or water can be used to adjust the composite paste.

The plug valve of the oil filling seal should be filled in accordance with the specified time, otherwise it is easy to wear and leak.
③Keep both pieces complete and in good condition. The bolts of flanges and supports should be complete and fully buttoned. Loosening is not allowed. If the fastening nut on the handwheel is loose, tighten it in time to avoid wearing the connection or losing the handwheel. After the hand wheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace the hand wheel with a loose plate, which should be equipped in time. Packing pressure difference is not allowed to skew or have no pre-tightening gap. If the environment is easily polluted by rain, snow, dust and other pollutants, the valve stem should be installed with a protective cover. The scale on the valve shall remain intact and accurate. Valve seal, cap, pneumatic accessories, etc. should be complete and intact. The thermal insulation jacket should have no sag and crack.
In addition, it is not allowed to knock, support heavy objects or stand on the valve, so as not to dirty the valve and damage the valve. In particular, non-metallic mesh doors and cast iron valves should be prohibited.
Maintain the daily maintenance of electric equipment. The maintenance of the electric device is generally not less than once a month. The maintenance contents include: the appearance should be clean, no dust accumulation, the device is not contaminated by soda and oil pollution; The sealing surface and point should be firm and tight. No leakage phenomenon; Lubrication parts should be according to the provisions of the oil, valve nut should be added grease; Electrical parts should be in good condition, no fault phase, automatic switch and thermal relay should not trip, indicator light display correctly.
