They serve different purposes

1、Purpose of exhaust valve well: the valve of underground pipeline and underground pipeline (such as water, oil, natural gas pipeline, etc.) In order to facilitate the operation of opening and closing part of the pipe network or maintenance operation, a pit (or well) similar to a small room is set up.

2、Purpose of mud discharge valve well: the valve installation is arranged in this pit, to facilitate regular inspection, cleaning and dredging of the pipeline, to prevent the pipeline blockage of the hub.

The composition of the two is classified differently

1、Composition classification of exhaust valve well: composition classification of exhaust valve well includes micro exhaust valve, compound exhaust valve, sewage compound exhaust valve.

2、Hydraulic control valve is water pressure control valve, hydraulic control valve is composed of a main valve and its catheter, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge. According to the purpose of use, function and different places can be evolved into remote floating ball valve, pressure reducing valve, slow closing check valve, flow control valve, pressure relief valve, hydraulic electric control valve, water pump control valve, etc.

The requirements are different

1、Exhaust valve well requirements: valve well shaft and well body, well cover connection mode to be reliable, not because of heavy rain or water seepage into the well chamber. Valve well is buried in the ground, to withstand different pressures from all directions, and different chemical corrosion and infringement, and the requirements of its bearing capacity and acid and alkali corrosion resistance.

2、Sluice valve well requirements: the valve well itself can not seep water, must ensure its sealing. Cast iron valves (such as globe valves, butterfly valves, etc.) are generally used in deep-buried valve Wells when the pipes are a little larger, which will affect the service life of cast iron valves or cause fracture, so the requirements for sealing are higher.
