Electric temperature control valve is composed of control valve, electric actuator, temperature sensor and temperature regulator and other components. According to user needs, there are heating type and cooling type two structures respectively. Structure and principle of heating type regulating valve: the main spool is half open before work, and the sensor is in a natural state. Connect to the power supply, main spool fully open. The medium flows into the main valve body from the direction of the arrow and heats the heat storage box through the spool. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor generates the corresponding linear signal into the integrated actuator, then the drive valve stem and spool produce displacement, and the main spool is closed to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input integrated actuator, driving the spool gradually open, so that the medium according to the parabola characteristics into the heat storage box, heating until the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range, so as to achieve the temperature control purpose. Note: Often said heating type, cooling type.
