Coal chemical industry valve control medium characteristics have the following points:

2. Gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluid conditions are complex;


3. High working pressure, pressure difference can reach more than 10MPa, resulting in high medium flow rate;


4. The medium contains chloride ion, ammonia, potassium salt, hydrogen sulfide or phosphoric acid and other strong corrosive media.


The status quo of valves used in coal chemical industry has the following two situations:


1.The key valves of coal chemical equipment basically rely on imports, due to the high price of imported valves, short service life, resulting in frequent parking, coupled with the factory away from China, after-sales service is not timely, become the normal operation of coal chemical equipment "bottleneck";


2. Take the present coal chemical plant for example, every 3 ~ 6 months, it needs to stop for maintenance. The critical control valve is seriously scour and corroded, and cannot run stably for a long period. It is the bottleneck equipment that restricts the normal operation of the device.
