The company is located in the research and development, production and sales of KrF and ArF lithography resin monomers. The company has independently developed a low-cost production process for hydroxystyrene derivatives, which has significant advantages in cost and quality. Among them, hydroxystyrene derivatives-acetyloxystyrene (ACS) have been mass-produced and have passed the verification of South Korea customers, with annual sales of more than 100 tons. Now the company has expanded a variety of photoresist monomers and corresponding photoresist additives products, the establishment of a perfect electronic grade chemical purification platform, can achieve high standards of electronic grade purification of liquid or solid products, some organic solvents can reach G4, G5 level (SEMI standard).
